Let’s dive into COUNTRY first
You maybe surprise, but I like a little country!
How it makes me feel: Country music fills me with confidence that I can find love again, making me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. It gives me the sense that my future husband would cross lakes and rivers to give me everything I desire, gives that teenage romance vibe. It inspires me to step outside, gaze at the stars, and daydream.
My Go-To's
Coming Up Next: GOSPEL
How it makes me feel: I have a profound appreciation for gospel music. It serves as a source of inspiration, encouraging me to persevere and remain committed to my life's purpose. I believe that God created us to share His word, and gospel music is a powerful medium for doing so. Through praising Him and sharing His love, along with the abundance He has blessed upon us, gospel music instills hope in me. It uplifts my spirit on days when I feel low and depleted but with the power of God my creator, I know I will not fail.
My Go-To's
Chase It Down With: Rap / Hip Hop
How it makes me feel: Rap and Hip Hop has me thinking I'm ready to star in "Dead Presidents." LOL! Depending on the track, you might catch me rolling my eyes and pointing like I'm in a music video. With a glass of wine or a drinky drank in my hand, I'm just chilling and having a good time. You know the vibe is real when I'm belting out every single word of the song!
My Go To's:
My Vibe: R&B
How it makes me feel: R&B is my all-time favorite genre, and I am deeply passionate about it. It provides me with smooth and romantic vibes. Even though I am currently single, R&B makes me feel as if I am ready to walk down the aisle and say "yes" to my future husband. This genre is tailored for the mature and sophisticated, evoking feelings of love and desirability.
My Go To's
While I may not have covered every genre, I have discussed the basics of those I enjoy and how they influence my emotions, inspire my dreams, and provide motivation. Music is my escape from the world, offering a positive reset to my mood.
By now you should be blasting your favorite song!!! So, let’s keep the excitement rolling! Drop a comment below with your favorite genre and share a few of your favorite songs . I can’t wait to add something new to my playlist 🎵
Glad I could share my journey of music with you all.
